Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi has joined the shoot of his 150th film, remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi. Tentatively titled as Kathilantodu, the auspicious pooja of the film has happened earlier today at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
Devi Sri Prasad is in charge of music for Kathilantodu and Rathnavelu of Enthiran and Thirumalai fame will be cranking the camera. VV Vinayak, who earlier remade AR Murugadoss’ Ramanna as Tagore in Telugu is the director of Kathilantodu while the rest of the cast and crew including the female lead hasn’t been officially confirmed.
Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Tejan is bankrolling the film alongside with Lyca Productions, the original producers of Kaththi.
